Very bad
Essence left a bad taste. Booked a twin got a double. Room was aged and bathroom sad. Management did not care. Very expensive for a two star experience.
attitude and helpfulness on some staff needs adjusting thats why I am giving 2 stars
The access to ST Vincents hospital is great. Room is clean spacious and well equipped for a short or longer period.
