1st off I would like to mention the fantastic and caring service I received from Trixie in what was a very stressful time for my family she made our stay easy and when I needed to extend my stay at short notice she made the room change seamless and very easy which was really appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and clean, less than a 5 min walk up the driveway to The Prince Charles Hospital and St Vincent's is 2 min walk, can't get any closer. Conveniently located next to St Vincent and Prince Charles hospitals. Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Special mention to Rebecca, who went out of her way to rearrange other bookings so I could stay an extra 9 nights when hubby's surgery went from being a minor procedure to major surgery.
