I stayed at this property for a work trip and found it to be quite average. The room lacked attention to detail in terms of cleanliness, there was no room service available, and water wasn’t provided, reception confirmed they don’t offer it. Breakfast consisted of a single small cereal packet per guest collected from reception.

While it looks nice and the staff were super friendly, heaps of issues with the room. The room stunk of chemicals and floors were tacky to walk on. Dust on walls around the artwork. Toilet had to be flushed more than once just to rid 5 squares of toilet paper. The aircon kept showing an error and the bed was rock hard.

Overall, my stay was acceptable, however the reception experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve had at a hotel. The first issue was with a male receptionist regarding parking. I had already been informed that there would simply be a $10 fee for a second vehicle if needed. Despite the parking area being visibly empty, I was told there were no available spots and that my car would be towed if I parked there.
