Worst communication ever. It’s been two and a half months since I moved out and still haven’t received my security deposit there is no way to get in contact with lease office, I tried everything. This is so unprofessional and a horrible service for “ Luxury Apartments”. These people should get investigated for how they handle tenants security deposits and no way to get in contact with them. They don’t respond to emails and the number provided brings you to the front desk security.

Located in the basement, this is the management office for all of the Blackstone 360 buildings. None of the property managers assistant, or primary wants to have accountability. Everyone is quick to look the other way once they know you are an existing tenant and shy you away because they’re speaking to a prospective. Less than 60 days of living at one of their properties. True colors are out completely. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. If you re an exiting tenant. Call the mayor’s office and city inspectors.

I gave a 5 star review before moving in and still stick to my 5 stars 2 lease renewals later. I’ve really enjoyed living here so far. The apartment itself is beautiful—clean, updated, and honestly just a really comfortable place to come home to. The rent feels fair for what you get, which isn’t always easy to find. HORRIBLE DO NOT RENT HERE ! They do NOT take care of their Buildings ! Mice and roaches 🪳 ! And the security is Never there at night , the elevators don’t work . The front door is always open ! NOT SAFE

This is the worst ownership/management company ever. No one ever responds you can be in the building burning alive and property management will ignore you! All they care about is their rent money but do not have the decency to respond when you have real maintenance issues. You have to literally harass them for a response. I don't understand. The owners refuse to have decent tenant relationships. They would rather say NO than to value tenant relationships. All there building amenities are not up to par. No tv no pool table no... read more
