This place is a scam don’t buy from here, ordered some trim tabs from this place, waited like 2 weeks to get tracking and got nothing, so I disputed the charge, randomly got a email saying it was delivered, which it didn’t and refused to issue a refund, so spend your money elsewhere, very crappy customer service and shady business
The customer service is nonexistent at this place. I f you have any problems or issues, they will not respond. It is a sad company and you can get better prices at Go2marine!
I am in FL and they are in SC and so ups or FedEx ground takes 2 days. Yet they choose to use this stupid ups advantage that is no advantage of a service! So, it took over a week to deliver. Why do vendors even use this garbage service??? What to save $2?? And don’t say I picked it like you did in your rude email. I got that this stupid service as a default for the free shipping. They provided excellent customer service! They were very responsive on the phone and did assist me greatly by doing research and getting back to me. They were quick to ship the product to California. I like the feeling that I got from a small store compared to the big corporate stories. I would highly recommend you giving them an opportunity for your boating parts and needs.
They also stand behind everything they sell ! If you make a mistake, they will help you get it right ! Great staff !
