We were in a big health & safety legal trouble because of heavy rat infestation in our commercial building. The technician accurately pointed out the point of entry. It couldn't be closed as it is under the front porch, but doing treatment inside it has given a big relief. Essen Pest Control saved us!!!
I don't recommend this company. Unprofessional technicians. I have reserved a rat extermination service. In the first stage, after collecting the money at the door, they disappear. The phone is never answered. No work arrangement or plan is irresponsible. Three months have passed, but there are still mice at home.
Our landlord got a bedbug treatment in our unit 2 months back after which, the technician advised that the problem was coming from the adjacent unit on our left hand side. We finally got the management to get all the surrounding units inspected yesterday and alas, they were coming exactly from the unit that the technician pointed at. Very accurate inspection, highly recommended. ☝
Our landlord got our house treated for cockroaches. The entire house was full of them. We saw no cockroach after the first treatment but were still happy to get a preventative follow-up done. Technician is very responsive.
