I had an urgent issue with a wasp nest above my front porch, and Essen Pest Control was able to help quickly. Their professionalism and clear communication made a big difference, and they dealt with the wasps in a timely fashion.

Avoid this business at all cost. The come for a mice problem, and they only throw a couple of mouse feeder. 7 months later still catching mouse with trap. They did nothing to help with the problem. They didn't try to find where they are coming through. Avoid them if you want your problem resolved. Essen you really suck I regret doing business with you. Bring your business "pest control center" much better warranty.

The technician treated my home respectfully and was very mindful while working around my two dogs and one cat. The service felt thorough without being rushed and they took the time to explain how they would ensure the safety of my pets during the treatment process.
