My husband and I went to a car dealership to look at a vehicle we saw online. We decided to pursue financing through the dealership and left a $500 down payment with them that day. We were given a "Bill of Sale" that shows the price of the vehicle, our down payment, and the balance of the vehicle. We DID NOT take possession of the vehicle. So I have to give at least 1 star? After this debacle 0 stars is more appropriate. As of today I cannot drive the car that I purchased from them, both temp tags have expired and they still have not sent me the title to the vehicle to have it registered. So I'm left car-less. But issues started after first taking the vehicle off the lot. I Immediately received a "stop vehicle immediately" error message along with ABS indicator light. This dealer was kinda rocky at first to work with the owner didnt seem to be very friendly nor really showing much interest in my business i almost said forget it and wanted to go else where but i got a return call from the receptionist Melissa who went beyond the call of duty to earn my business she even got me approved financing options plus did all of paperwork involve very nice and patient young lady i really applaud her and her efforts the owner is so rude and cocky he totally disrespected her verbally right in front of... read more
