The WORST PLACE for medical care. Poor communication skills from front desk, never have a provider available and when they do, it's only one, which makes it a waiting period of over 2 hrs if not more. They claim they provide a lot of medical services but never do. No reason for them to remain open.
Great Experience! The office staff is excellent—special shoutout to Rose and Lassara for being so kind and professional. Provider Owusu is also fantastic! Even though the waiting area was full, every patient was treated with patience and professionalism. The provider took the time to truly listen to my concerns. Overall, a great experience with genuinely caring people!
I’ve been coming to this facility for quite some time now, and I always bring my grandchildren here when they’re sick. The wait time is always minimal, which is such a relief. But what really stands out is the staff — they are absolutely amazing! Special shoutout to Rose — she’s doing an incredible job leading her team. Evelyn, Lasara, and Denisha are also fantastic. I just have to say that the service in this place is fast and the girl who works front and back who had a red uniform is a very good person and helped me in everything. THANK YOU ESSEN
I have to say that the place is very clean. The two women who were there today were very kind, even the doctor. I went because I had the flu. I thought it would last more than 1 hour, but it only lasted 30 minutes and I'm already home. Thank you for your services.
