DO NOT VISIT. As has been noted by other reviewers, this place specializes in billing your insurance months after your last visit for no discernible reason. After you call them multiple times to get them to stop, they then will email your personal bills. It’s very obvious they get some amount of income from regular insurance fraud and I’d highly advise you steer clear.
Stay away from this clinic. They billed my insurance for a service that my husband never received. We have not returned to this clinic for a year. My insurance keeps paying the claim. Stay away from this!
