The customer service are terrible!!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience receiving endless fraudulent billing charges for chronic care management for services I have not received, for illnesses I don’t have for the last year every month on the last day of the month like clockwork. Essen billing is also no help lied on the phone and said these monthly bills would stop. Reported them to my insurance and to the state - the bills still have not stopped!! Stay far away - would never recommend to anyone.
I absolutely love Dr. Villa ruiz, but they try to charge your insurance companies more than they should. They bill every phone call every medication, refill and follow up appointments for bloodwork, which should not be billed. It should be part of your original visit. I’ve already contacted my insurance company about this and they’ve taken care of it. Don’t let them get away with it. all they care about is making sure they get their money.
