I don't have time to leave reviews for places because I place phone calls on people. I love to complain but I must say this place is on point when it comes to getting your paperwork together percent.
Wow. Most, not all, of the front desk people are obnoxious. They're not welcoming at all. I stood waiting to be called over. A simple " hello, how may I help you?" would have been nice. Nothing. They seemed more interested in ordering lunch. This is their job, is it not? Some of those intake employees at the front desk are just not liking their jobs. You can tell. It's always a pleasure coming to Essen Medical Urgent care. Myself and my daughter have had nothing but positive experiences. They are attentive, aware and sensitive to all health matters and that is very important considering the drastic change in society. Thank you all for what you do on a consistent basis!
I’ve been coming to this clinic for about 3 years and it’s been nothing but a good experience. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful, especially the young lady with the glasses and long black hair. She’s always super helpful!! The wait time is outstanding and the doctors ensure you walk out feeling better than you did when you walked in 😊
I wrote a coment and they delete,Dr Rahman Amaur call me with the front desk Spanish lady last Friday and told me that he will be there on Saturday,l took off from work and when l get there front desk told me that it was not dr there,Dr Rahman Amaur is a liar and very unprofessional,l went three times to this clinic to get a form sign.l will not recommend this Dr or this clinic to my wors enemy.
