I had a disappointing experience at this laboratory location. The front desk receptionist played church music at an excessive volume, which created a disruptive atmosphere. Additionally, her demeanor was unprofessional; she appeared more focused on her personal phone conversation than on attending to the two patients waiting in the reception area. This lack of attention to patient care was concerning. I wish I could post a video of what I had to endure on this visit!
SCAM ALERT! Whatever you do! Never go to this place!! The doctor I was scheduled for wasn't in that day. I was seen by someone else who spent a Max of 1 min with me. I got some labs done. I got the bill and I paid the bill. A month later I got a bill for labs that are performed on females and I am a male. I called them to sort it out and they told me it was sorted out only to keep getting calls to pay for services I did not receive. Every time the bill keeps getting bigger. The worst place for sleep apnea exam, they left my mom outside 2 times. The technician never came. Very unprofessional. Do not go to this place please ..
Worst personal ever. The front desk personal is the worse they always talk in a bad manner to the patients. Worse costumer care ever they always have bad attitude dont matter what day of the week always with a bad attitude they talk to the person like animals always in fighting mode.
