I had a negative experience with this agency. I have been contacting them for over a month regarding medical records, but each time I am transferred to a different department, and none of them have responded to my inquiries. I have emailed and faxed them, but nothing has happened. Due to their incompetence, Disability ended cutting my benefits and Medicare. This place is horrible. Please don't go there or take your family there. The employees there have no empathy for their patients. I called to get medical clearance for one of my patients who will be having surgery. I called for 7 days in a row and at one point, I was transferred 8 times. I have names of all 8 people I was transferred to. I spent over an hour on the phone and still could not get what I needed. I had to cancel the patient's surgery. Look out for a lawsuit, don't forget you are all dealing with patient's health.
