How is it that these lady's waiting for results to find out if the cancer has spread. Have to wait over an hour after the schedule appointment. This is beyond disrespectful. Do better, plan accordingly. The service might be good but this wait is not acceptable.
I don't know what the issue is , if maybe it's understaffed or whatever the case may be, but everything is all over the place and it seems like you will always have to be seen over an hour from your appointment time. Not to mention waiting over 30 minutes for a letter that should've been printed out . Check in is all over the place with sometimes the people from admin not being at their desk. Then it seems like for the time it takes for the doctor to see you you spend most of the time waiting to be seen for maybe ten minutes... read more
