Theres always 1 doctor. Always a wait he has to take his lunch at different times which affects the waiting. Why is there only one doctor working from 8am to 8pm thats ridiculous theres no one to cover him when hes on break get it together. The staff does t even know where to direct patient that wants to file a complaint
Location 828 east 149th st, is terrible. I been calling every week for 4 weeks to have the doctor assistance call me back regarding my pre authorization for medication and no one has called me. They have a call message center but you can’t get in contact with the staff. Yet they want me to come to the office and pay a copayment every time I come.
