My previous review was deleted . This place never answers the phone , never get a follow up call back . I had a whole month without my birth control . Anytime I called receptionist said they’ll relay the message and get back to me . Been about 5 weeks now, still waiting to hear back .
Today I went in as a walk in. Always been told they accept walk ins .Was told I could not see Dr. I was just there for results. Lady just went fast to say Dr is not seeing walk in patients and had no number to call to complain. I ask for a manager which never came. Young lady came back and said I didn't give her a chance to give me results and she could do that. Unfortunately she never stated she can give me results. I saw Dr. Malik for the first time! Horrible experience 1 hour waiting to see him and less than 3 minutes to get out! With me he have attitude and rude! It make feel so uncomfortable 🤨🤨
Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Worst urgent care ever! I went there for a work physical in march. I went back to pick up my completed form I noticed that the doctor had dated it for 2023 and then I was informed that they didn’t have a “doctor stamp” which made the form useless because my job refused it without the stamp. To add insult to injury I recently received a bill stating that I owed $30 which is insane because I paid out of pocket. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy to this place.
Went to this urgent care at 7:40 PM for a medical emergency with my mother-in-law, who was suffering from a severe migraine and needed her blood pressure checked. The door was open, but the staff rudely told us they were closed and had already taken the last patient. Very disappointing and unprofessional treatment for someone seeking urgent care.
