I have been calling for 2wks for a prescription because they prescribed the wrong thing and they still havent called it in to the pharmacy. It is extremely frustrating to speak to a call center that keeps putting notes in and nothing is happening. The room they brought me in to check my vitals had food trays scattered about as if they had a potluck.
The clinic is quite convenient, especially if you live in the neighborhood. The only thing that needs to be improved is more primary care physicians.

Janet was absolutely the most amazing person that attended me. She was very understanding, extremely patient and knowledgeable! This was in the urgent care. I wish she was my primary care! I recommend anyone to go to her 100/100
