Gave very hard time to provide a doctor NPI for medication . Like no communication no matters Gave pharmacy very hard time .
This place is a literal Nightmare. Worst Clinic I have ever attended in my life. Went there for a physical and the place was disorganized, dirty, and the staff was rude. Even though my insurance should have covered the visit I got call to pay for labs. I did pay so that they would stop calling me but they keep calling to bill me again. I asked for specifics this time and they were trying to bill me for female sexual reproductive services and labs even though I am a male patient. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO TO THE URGENT CARE HERE. I went for a sprinter finger, they prescribed x-ray, the receptionist (not the doctor) gives me a paper with the results, like if I was a doctor. The paper said everything was good but then what? She said that if I needed someone to review the results for next steps, they would need to register this as a new visit to the insurance. At the end, I had to make an appointment somewhere else. $130 I was charged (with insurance) for this joke plus the time wasting and back ... read more
Very unprofessional lady’s in the front don’t want to do there job always giving you the run around gettoo also when is it professional to wear a bonnet dealing with patients. I’m done going here
