Tired to make an appointment with the Orthopaedic doctor and constantly had to ask the receptionist to repeat the question again on top of the connection being horrible. Sorry, but I hate when I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PERSON ON THE OTHER LINE IS ASKING!!!! It is so annoying!!!
Very, very poor service. I had given them a second chance after they made me wait over two hours for my first appointment—and for the second one, it was another wait of over two hours. Why have someone show up at 10:00 AM for follow up only to see them at 1:00 PM?
Terrible Place I came hare like around 9:30am been inside waiting for the Doctor and the Doctors taking mad long with other patients and am still here waiting for almost 5 Hours and is already 12:55 and the doctors still haven’t seen me am going to filled a complaint again ya this facility with the department of health
