I recently visited this clinic to ask about getting a physical exam, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The receptionist, whose name I believe was Suheidy (apologies if I’m misspelling it), was very rude and unhelpful from the beginning. When I approached her, she simply told me I had to wait, without offering any explanation or assistance. I did wait patiently, but she did not appear to be busy.
