Have been calling every single day for months trying to get in contact with doctor PRISCILLA HIRST trying to get a copy of my physical for FOUR months now! Something so simple, just a copy of my physical. And I’ve been calling every single day and I have not received even a single call back. These doctors and everyone else do not care about their patients whatsoever.

Would like to give a '0' rating if possible! It took them 2 weeks to give me an appointment. I guess new patients are their least priority. Anyway, Then the day before the appointment when they called to confirm, I find out that they changed my preferred doctor to some other doctor without my permission. When I asked why, they kept changing their answers. Extremely unprofessional! They don't even know what they are doing! They really need to get more competent employees handling their appointments. I had a very nice experience today with the Lady Opthalmologist i don't remember her name, brunette with a long polytail, very sweet young lady and answered every question of mine, also i saw another guy who checked my eyes before the Doctor cheched me , he was very sweet too , i would like to know when is the Eyeglasses store open (the one that is inside the Clinic) there was a phone number to call but the Secretary told me nobody would be there today even if i called that number
