I had an eye appointment with Dr Chahil. She was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, caring and RESPECTFUL along with receptionists and Dr Kingston I believe. I seen quickly, taken very good cared of. They people there showed professionalism. I definitely would recommend Dr. Chahil for those who needs an ophthalmologist and the location for good customer service and quick services.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 AM, yet here I am, over 2 hours later, still waiting to be called. Honestly, what is the point of setting appointment times if patients aren’t seen anywhere close to their scheduled slot? It’s incredibly frustrating to sit in the waiting room and watch multiple people who arrived after me get called in first. One of the worst places I’ve ever been to ,they are extremely rude at the upstairs reception the ultrasound tech left me on the table naked with gel on my stomach I asked for the results to see my baby.I left with no results.not to mention the racism and them also catering to others before you.I do plan on doing further investigation I mean that’s how disrespected I feel as a expecting mother. I’ve been to multiple dermatologist and Imran Kassim is by far the best. This dermatologist office is very caring and the creates a comfortable environment for patients. This is the most clear my acne has been is over 6 years. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone that needs a new dermatologist.

I really cannot express enough how thankful to God I am and grateful I am for the staff and this Essen Health location. I am a new foster mom becoming certified and I needed paper work filled out last minute. The Young lady who advocated for me to be see by wonderful Dr Bobby who was filling in and the rest of the staff who got me checked in and continuously checked on me to make sure I was alright while I was waiting for a simple routine visit were nothing less than stellar!
