Tengo mas de 8 años siendo paciente de la doctora zumara Ayers y tenia mi fisoco hecho de hace como un mes.y fui a que me llenen la carta de trabajo del doctor y la supervisora Cherynne caro se nego y me hablo de una forma muy despectiva y arrogante que tenia esperar 2 semana para k me la entregaran y le explico que tengo el fisico que solo tiene la doctora llenarlo y no quiso me senti tan impotente que le dije que me iva a cambiar de doctor y nada estoy muy decepcionada
I had my first appointment scheduled with Dr. Digna Tavares at Essen Medical (1181 Grand Concourse) today at 11:00 AM, but unfortunately, I never got to see the doctor due to issues with the office's administrative process. I honestly don’t know why this location (1881 Grand concourse) has 4.8 stars, unless workers or someone is writing fake reviews. Today I went with my husband for his 10am appointment. We got there at 9:40am and signed in. He did not get seen until 2 hours later! (I’m not even being dramatic) I had to get up twice to ask because the receptionists were not updating anyone , they even asked if he wanted to change the provider. Umm no! Buena atención, personal muy capacitado, he visitado la clínica muchas veces porque mi familia y yo tenemos nuestro doctor primario ahí y puedo decir que las personas que trabajan en el front desk son muy amables, la clínica está siempre limpia y se siente en armonía.
Just wanted to say I had a very positive visit here, I’ve been going to Essen locations for a while and this was the best visit I’ve had, big thank you to Emily for helping me get set up and in and out of there in a timely manner, she’s the best
