Alisha allowed my ex to require supervised visits in a custody modification WITHOUT ever going to court. She did not use a standard modification. Instead she allowed my ex to require arbitrary days and times. She allowed my ex to have 80% physical custody without clarification. He only allowed every other weekend visitation while school was in session and she withdrew before establishing my year around custody. She allowed my ex to take away my 50/50 custody, educational rights, and child dependent. I DO NOT recommend her.
Cold. No empathy. Cut and dry. Didn’t protect my child custody. Very disappointed.
