Dr. Bergfeld is awesome and the nurses are great. I've been in a dozen times and am always treated very well. Front desk people are great. The techs too. Theyve gotten me back to health many times, with care and attention to detail. Thank you Esse.
This Esse is the best! Every one is so friendly and very helpful! Dr. Panana is friendly and very knowledgeable. Answers all questions and explains in detail. I highly recommend this Esse for health care
I really wish I had checked the reviews before scheduling an appointment here. I scheduled an annual checkup for September 4th. During the appointment, Dr. Patnana asked if I had any other issues, and I mentioned some ongoing stomach pain. She ordered a CT scan and blood work and then a week later I found out they billed it as a sick visit, sticking me with a co-pay. Went for an annual checkup, which is covered by my insurance provider. Told every member of staff I interacted with that all I needed was what fell under the code provided by my insurance company that would be 100% covered. Everyone assured me that this would be followed. A month later, I get billed nearly $500 for additional services. Edit: I have already had to spend hours going back and forth between Esse and my insurance provider with no resolution. Esse representatives have been unhelpful and dishonest. Dr. Patnana is horrible! So dismissive and not helpful. I’m in severe spinal pain have had X-rays and she blew me off as I’m asking for an MRI. Highly suggest her company looks into her ability to have bedside manners and maybe knock her ego down a notch. After finally getting an MRI I found out I have 4 herniated disc not fibromyalgia! Worst doctor I’ve been to in years. She’s a money grabber!
