7/29/25 Since the time I left my original review which is below, I received a notice from this company that they had a data breach and offered credit monitoring. They didn't treat me very well and didn't keep my data secure. Should have paid attention to the reviews. Staff entered my personal info incorrectly and kept me waiting half an hour while they corrected it, billed me for an office exam rather than a well visit (which is what I made the appt for) resulting in a $200+ bill. Their phone system is terrible. No one answers. I was trying to refill a prescription. They need a better communication system.
How is this office closed on a Wednesday? The after hours number no longer works, can't get a hold of anyone even though it is shown as open and the message says they are open MON-FRI 8-4. I have called many times between 9-11 and now I have to go to urgent care. The entire medical, not just this office, community is going way down and making me suffer for it.
The phones for the entire location at Dunn Rd are down, with no way to communicate to the office. Why is there not an email on the site? The too Tollfree number not in service either.
I love Dr Campagna and my husband is very happy with Dr MacPhee. I agree with the reviews that some of the front desk staff are not so warm and welcoming (One in particular is quite grouchy), but it’s so hard to find a good doctor that it’s not a deal breaker for me.
