Good luck getting your prescriptions filled or getting a hold of anyone. My doctor is great, but it's not worth it because the staff will just let you die instead of refilling your medication.
ESSE Health – Do Not Recommend I have had sleep apnea since September, yet ESSE Health had no medical record of it. During my appointment, my doctor, Julie Macphee, told me that I had been given a referral to a sleep specialist. This was not true. She stated she would “give the information to the nurse.” After my appointment, I went to the front desk to obtain the referral information and was told there was nothing in my chart. Some great doctors but terrible administration and that flows down to the front desk as well as communications. My guess is they're squeezing every single penny and hiring the cheapest staff people they can find.
Extremely Rude Office Staff. Not professional at all, due to miscommunication with the accounting department (that was resolved in the moment and an error on their end) refused to check me in for my appointment. Manager refused to assist. Do not recommend.
