RecommendedEveryone in the office is very friendly and personable. It is a great experience each time I come in for my shots.
After going to the office for over 5 years, I was charged what I thought was something to be incorrect. After questioning multiple office staff and the billing department at Esse, I was told it was up to their discretion for when they billed serum charges. Had it been billed within 6 months of it being made, I would have been charged $0 due to my maximum out of pocket being met for other expenses. RecommendedFrom day one, Dr. Keaney has been absolutely incredible. She’s reassured my questioning, doubtful new-mom brain and has for 2.5 years. She went above and beyond after a death affected me, and genuinely cares how I’m doing as well as my daughter. I can not recommend this woman highly enough.
