I purchased the lip conditioner after having chapped lips for 6 weeks following sunburn. Other lip balms were making it worse but Esse's lip conditioner is a fantastic product. The courier messed up when trying to deliver and didn't reach out to me, but Dani from Esse did straight away and sent out a new parcel immediately and even included extra gifts for the inconvenience! Overall very happy, couldn't recommend Esse enough.

I have now been buying Vanessa's Esse Skin Care products for a couple of years now and had several treatments from her. The skin care products really made a difference to my skin- it feels very smooth and hydrated and I can see a major difference in its texture. I love Nimue products, first started using these products when I live in South Africa and I was happy to find a company here and the UK that supplied them. Right form the beginning Vanessa has always been very helpful and prompt in delivering the products. I’ve had breakouts the last few weeks and the purifier has helped with this issue immediately. Very good quality products and well worth the price.
