Doesn’t answer their phone in a timely manner. After several attempts and being on hold for 45 minutes you get through to leave a message for the PA to return your call but she doesn’t. Tried three days in a row to get biopsy results but they never returned my calls. Poorly run office. Doesn’t seem to care much for their patients.
