If I could give them no stars I would. They shred any card left in their ATM regardless if you show proof of ID. Horrible customer service and the staff is very rude.
I am very happy with this bank. The tellers I see on a day-to-day basis are always very friendly both in person and drive-thru. The real standout is the customer service. Whenever I call ESSA with a question or in need of help, they listen, they understand, and they help me.
Not to bad the bank is cool with us ,the lending dept For loans pays attention to detail , the bank went above and beyond the call of good service and we appreciate them much for our first loan.
