As a temp to hire employee, I faced harassment by a coworker who had been with the company 15+ years. HR manager Traci, believed her and the lies she told about me taking long breaks. They also take your vacation when you have to miss work, but won’t pay you for it. I was told this by multiple employees. It is such a boring place to work with a lot of animosity between workers and no one I spoke to said good things about the company. Everyone just settled for where they were at.
Ess Tec produces some small parts for my company. They are a stand up group of individuals who are a joy to work with.
