I’ve got to say for a company that provides a food catering service to oil rigs the food is anything but healthy and nutritious. We probably have fried food more than 6 meals a week. Sometimes the salad bar items are rotten. I can’t prove it but I’m pretty sure they don’t rinse the vegetables. Most of the food they serve is ultra processed premade straight from a package. These men & women take pride in their jobs and it shows! I’m on board the drillship Ocean BlackHawk and the ESS crew here are awesome ! Especially our baker Ms Annett R! This is our Halloween spread last year. Everything was edible . Last pic is the creator of this goodies. The food is delicious and the housecleaning and laundry services are 5 star in my opinion! Very polite and kind workers

Met many employees of ESS Catering who have been coming to Church at the Christian Life Center on Verot School Rd. in Lafayette for about a year. They work 3 weeks on and 1 week off. They are from the Phillipines. They even have bible studies at their hotel on their week off. Took pictures of 4 of them, but there are a lot more. Just wanted ESS Catering to know there are some good,clean,and honest christians working for them.
