I’m extremely disappointed with ESS & CAY Salon in Keswick. I had to cancel my haircut due to a serious back injury that left me unable to even sit in a salon chair or lean back into a sink. I called as soon as possible to reschedule and even offered a doctor’s note, explaining that I’m disabled and physically unable to attend. Despite all that, they refused to move my appointment or refund my $50 deposit, saying I “didn’t give 48 hours’ notice”, even though they’re closed on Sundays, and the cancellation policy isn’t stated... read more

Love the girls at Ess & Cay! I recently got new extensions put in by Kait and they are absolutely flawless. She told me I needed to rebook in 8 weeks but they lasted almost 10 weeks with a perfect grow out. Thank you Kait for good company and even better hair 🥰
