Sherry at the reception was so amazing and so pleasant. She was really funny and friendly and helpful. I loved that she provides information directly and tell you exactly what needs to be done before your appointment or during your appointment. My sonogram technician was good too. I had good experience over all.
Great experience. We are arrived close to closing time but the staff were very accommodating and still did the X-ray. Sherry at reception was especially helpful and even booked the ultrasound appointment on the spot

Reception was loud, disorganized and would not accept the requisition from my doctor because they couldn’t read his hand writing… Went to a different clinic on the same day with the same requisition and had no issues. Would never go back based off the way the receptionist spoke to me and handled the situation.
Extremely pleased with service. Ulrasound and xray technitians very profesisonal. Would recomend the esr location in tecumseh near banwell.
