Made an appointment and took out truck in on Monday morning. Juan told us to give him a couple of days to get to it which was fine, he had other work ahead of us. He never called and he wouldn't answer our calls or text for an update. Drove back up there on Friday to pick out truck up it was buried in the yard blocked by other trucks and had never been looked at. Terrible customer service.
