Charged top dollar for horrific work. Found out that the work was not done after I hired another contractor. Esquivel Home Repair did not fix issues that were brought to their attention and did not meet specific time lines. Do not use this company. They are unlicensed and charge professional prices for unsatisfactory and erratic work.
Luis is a great contractor. Very reasonable and very thorough. Highly recommended. Did work on our flooring underneath the home (crawlspace).
