I do not want to leave a bad review, hence the four stars, but I was caught off guard by the abrupt reaction of the person attending the calls. My point in writing is to bring this to attention. My call was answered by a lady, when I mentioned I'd like to get a consultation, the phone got hung up. Okay, I thought maybe it was a mistake, or that it cut, second time I call, a lady responds again and says they are too busy right now and will give a call back if they can consultations, abrupt close of the call again.
