I can say that they took care of the packing and storing of my things until such time that I was able to move to my new house. All my things were labeled, stored safely, and delivered without anything lost or damaged.

I had a last minute moving date after my original movers canceled, so I was scrambling. They were able to fit me into the schedule with pretty short notice. Communication was clear from the first phone call, they showed up on time, and handled my office desk, monitors, and filing cabinets with care. Didn't lose a single item, which honestly surprised me considering how rushed everything was.
