On Saturday June 3rd I rented a limousine from Esquire for my granddaughter’s wedding The driver Mr Walter was very nice and professional The limousine was very clean and well kept The only problem was the air conditioner was not working properly The bride and bridesmaids were all sweating A couple of ladies were overheated Mr Walter tried to do everything he could to get it working but it was beyond his control I paid $500 for 3 hours and we only used it for about an hour I’m so disappointed 😔
Wonderful service!!! I rented a limo from another service for my daughter's 8th birthday, but when I called to confirm 2 days before party, I was told they had no record of my reservation. They told me I could make one for much more money than the original quote. I called Esqire Limo in a panic. I was literally crying. The person I spoke with was so nice and professional.
