such bad costumer service, if I would’ve known they were going to be so rude I would’ve never shopped for my kids school uniform from there. The guy who answered the phone was so rude from the start, didn’t even let me finish talking and I felt like he was calling me a liar just because I told him the experience I had. I told him that the people that worked there had recommended me the adult size to which he said ‘we don’t do that here’ basically calling me a liar and was rude enough to not let me finish talking. At Esquire, I emailed back and forth with Bjorn with many questions that he happily answered before I brought my garments in for embroidery.
