Have been a 10 year plus customer of the original Esquire Cleaners. They’ve been sold to The Dry Cleaning Shoppe and the service has gone completely out the door. Over starched, missed deliveries, missed pickup, no call backs when you leave messages. I’ve left 3 unreturned messages. Closed the Reading Road location so you can’t go pick your clothes up when they miss their deliveries. Been a complete cluster since the DCShoppe took over. Taking my business elsewhere, you may want to do the same.
The reading road location is closed. I drove 22 minutes for a fat pile of nothing.
Sherry did an awesome job on alterations for my wedding! We would highly recommend this wonderful dry cleaner.
