Would absolutely not recommend this facility! Three Directors in less than 15 months. Staff was rude & disrespectful. Did not care about patient care & did not respond to patient needs. Mis-managed patient medications. Corporate Office (Ecumen) were completely unresponsive. No respect for quality of care of residents.
I would not recommend this organization. My father was in their Memory Care Unit and I moved him after less than a year. Staff was disrespectful, the food was often cold. They could not keep other residents from going into his room all times of the day. They gave him medication without a doctor's approval or informing me. They were not responsive to requests.
