Would absolutely not recommend this facility! Three Directors in less than 15 months. Staff was rude & disrespectful. Did not care about patient care & did not respond to patient needs. Mis-managed patient medications. Corporate Office (Ecumen) were completely unresponsive. No respect for quality of care of residents.
I would not recommend this organization. My father was in their Memory Care Unit and I moved him after less than a year. Staff was disrespectful, the food was often cold. They could not keep other residents from going into his room all times of the day. They gave him medication without a doctor's approval or informing me. They were not responsive to requests. Would not Recommend I moved my father out of Esprit after 8 months. He was in the memory care unit and was treated disrespectfully by some of the staff. The whole time he was there they couldn't keep other residents out of his room day and night. The food was often cold. They gave him medication without a doctor's approval or informing me.
