So impressed with the customer service and knowledge of Cole! You always get nervous about having a company come fix something because of how much it will cost but they truly care, took the time to educate me, and to help so they don’t come out for something super silly. I was able to maximize the hour I paid for service with other question about a grinder I had there too. Top notch service with pure intentions. So hard to find now a-days. Well done!
