I brought in my home machine for a small issue with the steamer wand. I have owned it for about 8 years with no service. The staff is so positive and kind. The tech came out and looked at it for me and fixed it without even charging me. He could have upsold me easily as I was willing to have him service it. It's wonderful to see such integrity and kindness and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much!
After a few locals couldn't figure it out, a tech from Tucson came down to Bisbee and figured it out pretty quickly and had our machine up and running before they left. We had a great experience with the techs and company. Highly recommend.
These guys are the best! Consistently great customer service from everyone on their team and super responsive. VERY thorough technicians that you can trust. Couldn't be happier with them servicing our machines!
