Went in for advice and expertise and got exactly what I was looking for. Can’t get that kind of service online! Supporting real people feels good. If you are shopping for anything espresso related I would recommend looking here first
Bought a new machine here. Rocket appartamento. Had issues with the pressure switch. They blamed it on bad water. I went to another company and bought the swith and the machine is perfect. Machine isn't even 1 year old. Why wouldn't you replace a 60 dollar part and get a 1 star is beyond me.
Took my 21 year old ECM Giotto in for servicing as it wasn't working optimally. Robin promptly provided an estimate. I asked to him to ahead with it, and a couple of days later he sends an email back saying the machine is ready. Price was very reasonable for the work it required (new pump, valves, group head rebuild, scaling, etc.) It works like it's brand new again and the espresso tastes better than it has for some time. Highly recommend this shop and I won't wait another 21 years before taking it in for service again.
