I love espresso stop, never had an issue! I went today 06/13 to get myself a coffee and my son a smoothie and this is what I received for my coffee a 16oz, she said it looks like more ice since she added more to keep it cool- this is ALL ice.. I’m not confrontational so I just went with it. She charged me 13 and some change and I asked if my sons smoothie was more than my coffee and she said probably since it has puree, never been charged for extra on a smoothie since it already has puree?
