Supply of a scarce spare part for an ECM machine was outstanding
It’s so good to find a service centre for my VBM coffee machine. Fast turnaround and operating like new (12 years old) and also looking like new. Well done Jason and Jo.
Jason has serviced our Rancillio twice over the last 6 years and both times the service has been prompt and most importantly to me the explanation and care taken to explain what has happened and how to prevent the problem re-occurring has just been so helpful. Jason fixed my old Rancilio Rocky grinder within a day and it works like new. But that was just the start. He was incredibly generous with his knowledge and advice resulting in our coffee quality improving significantly. His beans are great and our coffee has never been so good. I can’t recommend Espresso Services Plus more highly.
I live remote and Jason provided unbelievable service and advice on parts needed for a self service. Fast dispatch and delivery and then provided some trouble shooting tips when I called. Can’t recommend highly enough!
