Jacob always goes above and beyond working on our LaCimbala.The Pony Expresso is not designed well for repairs,yet Jacob never complains does his best to fix the issue. The placement of our 2nd machine requires Jacob to pause his work often to accommodate our guests drink orders,yet he remains professional and upbeat at all times,such a refreshing attitude!
