RecommendedI have been using ERNW for nearly 10 years now. I've purchased 2 Saeco's and had all my maintenance done here, no matter which state I'm living in. This shop offers the best service. Joe is awesome, he's responsive and always helpful. You cannot go wrong using his shop for all your espresso needs.
I first did business with Espresso Resource NW probably 5 years ago when it was under different ownership, and had a great experience. I was a little concerned when I figured out it had changed hands, and didn't recognize the owner when I dropped off my espresso machine for repair, which had some slow water leaks. I'm pleased to say the great experience continued with Joe...he got the repairs done on time, and charged me a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business for fixing your espresso machine.
I sent my machine to a company in southern California that was on the top of the factory authorized service center. "What a mistake". The machine came back and the grinder was running backwards. I was able to find the wire plug and turn it around so the coffer would grind. After about three (3) weeks it refused to dispense coffee or steam. We had our Saeco Classic cleaned and completely checked out about 5 years ago....at a very reasonable price. I will take it back soon to have this done again!

I had mothballed my Gaggia Titanium due to repair shipping costs that I did not want to pay. I found out about Espresso Resource NW, they do maintenance and repairs of semi automatic espresso machines. No great options locally until now. Made the necessary repair at an excellent price.
