I had my coffee machine serviced recently and as usual its perfect, however I was a little dissappointed with the level of service this time as it took almost 2 weeks to get the machine back. Your booking system quotes "up to ONE WEEK" which to me means you will turn it around within a week, but it took 13 days this time. I did chase it up after a week and was told it was next in the queue, but no one from ERS contacted me to explain the delay. It seems your booking system needs tweaking to improve the turnaround time. Kanti
