My shop has been in business for almost 4 years now and I got my first espresso machine serviced by him to get my business started. (it was extremely old pretty much dead that I got for a few hundred bucks from a closed down coffeeshop). Other than the machine, I got all refurbished equipment from him (drip coffee maker, espresso grinder, coffee grinder) and still using them to this day. Sadi fixed the problem we brought our machine in for very well. Unfortunately, a few days after getting it back it started to tell us that it has no water even when the reservoir is completely full. I reached out to Sadi as this had never happened before and asked if he knew whether the part he worked on could possibly affect this. Instead of offering help or another time to bring in the machine (and pay him) to work on, he became short with me and said that it’s bad to blame him for it. My 8 year old machine was in need of repair. It is a smaller brand that is hard to find someone willing to work on it. Brought it in and it's back to making amazing espresso. Thank you for the great service!! Highly recommend.
We were lucky to find this hidden gem. As another reviewer noted, this business is located in a residential house. The repair person is competent, reasonable, and honest! Highly recommend this person for service if you want a dependable repair person for your espresso machine.
My E61 Heat Exchanger (959.coffee Elba 3) machine had wiring that burnt up TWICE. (The insulation & the wiring connectors melted and the smell of an electrical fire was unmistakable.) The first time it happened the machine was repaired under warranty by the online retailer where I purchased the machine.
