Sadi fixed the problem we brought our machine in for very well. Unfortunately, a few days after getting it back it started to tell us that it has no water even when the reservoir is completely full. I reached out to Sadi as this had never happened before and asked if he knew whether the part he worked on could possibly affect this. My E61 Heat Exchanger (959.coffee Elba 3) machine had wiring that burnt up TWICE. (The insulation & the wiring connectors melted and the smell of an electrical fire was unmistakable.) My Rocket semi automatic started giving me warning signs about a year ago. I did not want to have to buy another one because I love this machine. The pump finally went after 6 years. I brought it here and it was fixed, as good as new pretty quickly.
My 8 year old machine was in need of repair. It is a smaller brand that is hard to find someone willing to work on it. Brought it in and it's back to making amazing espresso. Thank you for the great service!! Highly recommend.
