I took my Saeco Royal Digital Plus in because problems with the grinding system. John, the gentleman who fixed my machine is extremely knowledgeable. He knows espresso machines like nobody else. He is a very nice guy as well, ready to answer any question you may have about your machine.I was very pleased with the services I have received from EEE. Thank you John for outstanding service!!

Competent and honest. For a leaky steam valve in my Saeco VSpresso, the other local authorized repair shop had quoted over \$200. These guys fixed it for \$87 - in spite of knowing that the quote from the other s.hop was as high as \$200. If you want your espresso machine serviced, these guys are a great option.

I took my Saeco Trevi in to be looked at when I thought Id broken it. I tried every which way to get it to work and am fairly handy, so imagine my surprise when the EEE employee fixed it within 30 seconds in front of me and sent me off with a smile and a thanks, free of charge. I will stay loyal to these folks as a result. Businesses that actually fix things need to be supported. Businesses that do it with a smile are rare! Thanks, EEE!

I took my Saeco Vienna because it wasnt working. The guy at EEE was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the machine in and checked it right in front of me. He spent about 45 minutes, cleaned the grinder thoroughly, made a few adjustments and fixed the problem! He even walked me through the procedure, so I could do it myself, if I needed to. On top of that he didnt even charge me!!! These guys are amazing and know espresso machines inside out. Thank you for fantastic service!!
