This place is a joke. Rude, unprofessional and will never call you back so you can pick up your machine.
Website claim they are open on Saturdays but when you show up, there's a sign on the door, saying appointments only. I don't know for sure, if this business is open or closed.
I called having problems with my 25 year old Starbucks Barista Expresso machine. Jorge stayed with me on the phone to fixed my problem. I had spent all day seeking help and solutions. The manufacturer was looking up Google searches I called a place in Berkley and they wanted over $100.00 just to look at it. I am so appreciative. I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair. Jorge didn't even charge me anything but wanted to stay on the line to be sure it worked. Thank you so much!
