I brought my Espresso machine in as I was having issues. They located and fixed the problem. The service and professionalism they provided were excellent. They found the issue and my espresso machine is back pumping out great shots of coffee again. Very reasonable price to repair. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions about the world of coffee. 100% recomend.

I recently visited this espresso shop to pick up an online order, and the lady at the reception was fantastic and friendly. However, when I asked about pipe thread sealant to add it to my order, a second lady approached to help and seemed confused, even though I explained it’s a general plumbing product, she kept asking for part numbers or machine details, which didn’t make sense for a general product. Incredible staff, so helpful, so friendly, and very knowledgeable. Fixed my machine in less than 30 minutes while I was still in the store! Can’t recommend them enough.
