Amazing service. They noticed I had taken may coffee machine and grinder in different colours and contacted me to make sure that's what I wanted. They answer emails extremely rapidly. When the grinder took a bit of time to arrive (it was back order, no fault of theirs) they gave me free coffee along with my order to make up for it. That's service above and beyond! Extremely happy.

Can't say enough. Brought in a machine that we tried to clean, and couldn't get back together. I was fully prepared to pair a minimum charge to repair it. Took 2 minutes and explained how to put it back together, no charge. Have been there multiple times, great old-school honest business. If you like fancy coffee and can't afford the fancy machines, you can buy in confidence from Luciano.
